Summary:  Dawn has thoughts about who she is and how she came to be.

I stare into the mirror and can’t really see who I am.

The monks used Buffy to create me, so shouldn’t I be shorter, have blonde hair or green eyes?

I jump when I turn around because Spike is standing behind me.

That gets him a thump on the arm.  He growls and rubs where I hit him.

My weak punch didn’t hurt him a bit, but he plays like it did.

I look in the mirror again.

Spike and I have the same blue eyes.

Maybe the monks took a little of him as well to make me me.







I have always thought the monks couldn't have just used Buffy to create Dawn. 
If they had, she would have looked more like Buffy.
I'm a Spuffy fan who loved the relationship between Spike and Dawn.
I wish we could have seen more of the summer between Buffy's death and
her return in Season Six. I always felt that Spike spend more time with Dawn
than the rest of the group did.
