Real life sucks sometimes.

Life is difficult during the holidays since I work retail.
Just a few more fun times to deal with beyond the
normal holiday rush.  I had a tooth pulled yesterday.
I have to go back in two weeks to have some more
work done.

I need to get my car inspected, but my break light
wasn't working. My son was replacing the light bulb,
but turns out the seal on the tail light was bad.  Had
water inside it.  So I get to replace the seal and the
blubs before I can get it inspected. 

More fun stuff.  My blinkers would stop working off
and on.  I asked a guy I worked with about it.  He said
it sounded like a temperature issue.  I noticed if I ran
either the air conditioner or the heater, the blinkers would
start working again.  Now I found out there was a recall
I never got told about.  And the time for free repair has
passed on my model. I explained it to my son and he
says he will fight it with the manufacture.  This time of
year is never good for me.

Oh yeah, Happy Thanksgiving. LOL!

Sadly in retail, it doesn't end with Christmas. I work at Guest Service which is as busy after as before.

My son was talking about a pain he was having. I told him once he reaches a certain age, you learn to live with a level of pain. LOL!

Ah, yes, I'd forgotten that. And it doesn't end with Christmas for anybody, if I remember my years at Garfinkels correctly. There's pre-Christmas, there's the day after Christmas sale (and the following days of less frantic bargain shopping), and then it's time for inventory...although by then, the store was busy with customers, just empoyees crawling around on their hands and knees trying to count things hidden back in corners. :)

When it's cold my blinkers don't stay put when I blink right, left is okay. Got a new one but it's still the same. There is a little thing inside, that's what it causing it in my case. But to expensive to change when it still works.
Sometime cars are annoying, huh?

No free repairs it seems. Had to order online parts to fix since manufacture or repair shops up the prices multiple amounts. Son is going to put the parts on when they come. I just avoid cops till I can get the parts. LOL!

LJ has been wonky all day. Takes two or more tries to get it to load.

Not sure if that means but I think it does = that's for everybody not only the Russians.

No wonder LJ is wonky (but it can be a coincidence). Glad in a way that it is not only me!
