Angelus waited and plotted.
Being immortal as a vampire gave him plenty of time.
He knew everything in Angel’s life.
He had savored the taste of Buffy’s blood.
The scent of Cordelia’s hair was familiar to him.
The rage that Angel felt when Wes stole his child.
The jealousy that burned in Angel seeing Connor with Cordy.
The happy moments were the worst for Angelus.
The feel of Buffy’s skin, the sweetness of Cordy’s kisses,
and the joy holding Connor as a baby.
He couldn’t wait to rip off the costume created by the soul that confined his true nature.
