Writer's Block: Running Things

[Error: unknown template qotd] So many things I would want to change.  We really need to have a better system of health care because insurance is so expensive and so many are without any coverage at all. Quality of life for so many needs to be improved.  I would want to change laws so that everyone has the same legal rights no matter who they are.  I have a dear friend who loves children, but because he is gay he isn't allowed to adopt.  He would be a loving, wonderful father to a child  who would needs one. It a shame that so many children are abused by straight parents while my friend would be kind and loving. Breaks my heart.

Wonderful, beautiful friends have made my birthday special with messages, gifts and even a great drabble.  So many delightful pics of Spike so I squealed aloud.  Thanks to each and everyone of you. You make me feel so welcome here.
