Writer's Block: Same Name

[Error: unknown template qotd]Yes, a couple of times.  My given name, maiden name and married name are quite common.

Makes things like doctor's visits, work and credit reports difficult at times.  Things on record get mixed up easily.

I make sure the birthday date and SSN are mine before I sign anything.
