A few years ago I fell in love/lust with a character on a TV show.
That show ended just as I found it. I watched it in syndication.
That show was Buffy, The Vampire Slayer. The character was Spike.
Reading fan fiction brought me into the world of fandom. That brought
me to Live Journal. On LJ, I found people around the world who enjoyed
the same things I do. I might not agree with all of their opinions, but I love
reading about those opinions and their lives. Lately, there has been a great
deal of angst in my fandom.  I feel bad that many have been hurt by words,
opinions or anything else. So hugs to all.
