Just when you think you have heard it all.

Where I work, at the bottom of your receipt, it often asks you to do a survey.
It offers you a chance to win a large amount gift card so lots of people do it.
You can tell the company about your experience while shopping with us and
how we could improve the experience of shopping while in our store.

I read one to day that just pissed me off totally.
It said:  You need to be more culturally neutral. 
The guest went on to say, I don't want to see Gay Pride shirts for sale when I shop.
Then she added, she would spend more with us if we didn't carry things like that.

O_o...doesn't neutral mean you have no opinion or stake in the outcome of something?
