It took me over forty years to find my passion as a nerd.
Before I was totally involved in taking care of others. When
that was done, I finally got to do something that interested me.
Fandom for me is my passion. I love going to Cons and meeting
awesome people who enjoy the same things I do. I also get to
meet actors and writers from fandoms I love. They are often just
as nerdy as I am. That is how fandom is.

At Calgary Comic Expo, April 27th 2013, a mom of an small daughter
asks Wil Wheaton to explain how awesome it is to be a nerd. Here
