Parking issues

I live in a very small apartment building. There are only six apartments. Four one bedroom and two with two bedrooms. One side of the building has four parking spaces and the other side has five spaces. No place to park on the street. You have assigned spaces since it is so limited. A woman moved in one of the single bed unit. She had two cars and parked in my space. I left a polite note explaining the situation. She got angry and was banging on my door. She was yelling through the door. No way was I going to open that door. I emailed the office for the apartment which is in another city. They contacted her and told her to use her one space only. A few months later she was evicted.
This weekend a guy moved into that apartment. He parked in my space. I came home and spoke to him as he was getting into the car. Today I got an email from the office saying there are not assigned spaces and there are two spaces available for each apt. How they got twelve spaces when there is only nine I don't know. I emailed the CEO and in less than ten mins there was a follow up email. Now they were stating there were assigned spaces and fines if someone used the wrong space. 🤣😇ðŸ¤
