Yeah, poor Max. The fireworks began around dark here and didn't end till about 1am. He sat next to me while I was on the computer. He would paw at me and whimper. I would pet him with my left hand and tried to type quickly so I could sooth him. Every time I stopped to type, he would run into my son's room. Robert was playing a game online. He isn't as comforting for Max and yells at him to shut up. So then Max would run back to me. Athena, the other dog, wanted to sleep and growled at Max when he went to her.
So I was very tired this morning and this meme was just what I needed to perk me up.
