Date: 2012-02-03 07:39 pm (UTC)In England BARMY is slightly mad/eccentric ... either the "old" word for someone with mild mental problems, or just a day that goes wrong/or just is slightly confusing. Didn't know it was anything to do with alcohol ... I have missed out!
