Last year I got to be at a panel with Gina. She was such a joy to see and hear. She sang and it was amazing. I identify with Zoe more than Buffy.

Interesting question that came up in a Firefly discussion with a friend a couple of days ago.

Would Zoe change her surname when she got married?

I personally don't see her doing that.

No I don't think she would. Why would she? She was a strong person in both her personal life and her military career. Maybe when her child was born, she might hyphenate her name, but otherwise no. Love Wash and Alan himself. Got to meet both of them last year. I doubt Wash wouldn't have asked her to change her name or would have thought of it.

Very cool, but being able to use weapons would suit me more. I like to get physical with things like that. Just ask my friends. LOL!
